Sometimes we get some questions in the shop as to who we are or what we do. That's ok, we like that people are getting to know us and we'd love to get to know you too. What is Terra Nova Coffee Shop? Are you a Costa?

Terra Nova Coffee Shop is an independent coffee shop within Terra Nova. We are not a Costa (although this shop unit was once a Costa) however we do serve Costa's range of hot drinks to their specifications and standards.

Do you accept Costas loyalty card?

Unfortunately not. We do have our own loyalty card, though, and we have tailored it to our shop so it will hopefully give you more of what you want.

Can I take my coffee next door?

Yes, you are free to enjoy our full drinks range while taking in the beautiful Cardiff Bay view. We are all one happy family at Terra Nova!

We do understand, however, that sometimes you like to enjoy a coffee away from the busy crowds in a pub environment. To make sure you're not disturbed, alcoholic drinks cannot be consumed within the coffee shop.

Brains owns coffee #1 will you be turning into one too?

There are no plans in place anytime in the near future to make changes to our coffee shop. We like our little shop just the way it is!
